The Leadership Duluth Program
Developed by the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Duluth is a ten-month, comprehensive leadership training program.  Leadership Duluth educates participants about Duluth’s cultural and business history, as well as the current issues facing the Duluth area.  The program focuses on the elements necessary to develop leaders who are invested in community health.   The comprehensive format includes an orientation, overnight leadership advance, and nine day sessions, all of which are oriented towards helping participants acquire and cultivate leadership skills.

Chamber Ambassadors
The Chamber Ambassadors are a highly visible, enthusiastic group of community-minded volunteers. This active group of community and business leaders represents the Chamber and local businesses at Chamber-sponsored events. Ambassadors support the activities of area businesses and civic organizations by attending their grand openings, anniversary celebrations, and other commemorative events.

The Duluth Young Professionals (DYP) group was launched in February of 2005 as a program for Chamber members.  The mission of the group is to inform, connect and network young professionals (YPros) so they can influence our community.  A community influenced by young people will attract and retain young people.
