Mulligan Tickets
Mulligan Tickets will be sold at the event for $5 each or can be pre-purchased on the reservation form. Each player can use two Mulligans on the course (one on the front 9, one on the back 9)
Silent Auction
The silent Auction will be available to both morning and afternoon golfers.
Make sure you check out the great items available for bid!
Special Performance
The Centerville All-Stars will perform from 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Reservations
First come, first served. Guaranteed reservations must be accompanied by payment in full.
No phone reservations please!
This is a rain or shine tournament; No Refunds.
Cancellations MUST be made two weeks prior to event.
Scramble tournament using two drives from each player.
**Soft spikes are required**
